Last Gasp of Winter Weather Heading Our Way

Don’t put away the shovels or change the winter tires yet.

Environment Canada says Nova Scotia can expect to see significant snowfall throughout the day tomorrow.

The agency has issued a special weather statement for most of the province including the Tri-Counties and South Shore.

A low pressure system from the Great Lakes will bring snow to western Nova Scotia Monday morning and will reach eastern regions tomorrow evening.

More than 15 centimetres of snow is possible along with strong wind.

Our region could see ice pellets or rain before the system moves out Tuesday.
