Morgan Wallen has been popping up in the news lately, and not for good reasons. He has been making some bad choices, which has been derailing his career. In May he was arrested for public intoxication…and now….he has lost his SNL musical guest gig.
Very few country artists have graced the SNL stage and Morgan Wallen had the chance of a lifetime. He was suppose to perform this coming weekend…but not anymore. He decided to go out partying without a mask last weekend. There is video of him partying it up at several venues, in turn putting others at risk. So SNL made the decision to cancel his appearance. (Honestly, you can’t blame them).
Morgan posted an Instagram video saying his actions are affecting his long term goals, and it’s time to step back and take a break from music. He’s lost himself.
As much as it sucks knowing that Morgan won’t be around for awhile. I have the upmost respect for him, for taking the time he needs to be a better person and look for true happiness.
