A Bridgewater optometrist is urging people to get their eyes examined on a regular basis.
The Canadian Association of Optometrists recommends adults have an eye exam every two years and annually for those over 65.
Dr. France Muise says an eye exam is more than just a sight test.
“A lot of times eye exams can point to conditions and diseases even, that effect your whole body and can even save your life.”
Conditions that include aneurisms, diabetes and certain forms of cancer.
