Bridgewater’s Taylor Named To Canada’s Under 20 Women’s Soccer Team

A Bridgewater soccer player has been named to team Canada’s under-20 women’s soccer team.

Sarah Taylor will suit up for the red and white for two closed-door matches against Mexico as part of a 10-day camp.

The 19-year-old says she’s very excited and looking forward to the experience.

Taylor is a third year student at Boise State University and is a member of the school’s female soccer team.

She is in Mexico with the rest of team Canada.

They are scheduled to play two games on Thursday and May 23.

The games will help the Canadian team prepare for the upcoming FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.

That event is planned for Papua New Guinea in November.
