Visitors to the Region of Queens will soon be able to pick up more than a map at the Information Centre.
A new shop run by Penny Lane Enterprises will be opening inside the building.
The vocational centre serves people with physical and mental disabilities who make and sell wooden furniture and crafts.
Executive Director Treena Dexter says clients are excited about the move.
“They’re the ones that identified that this is something they wanted,” she says. “Somewhere downtown with everyone else, so we put the drive on to do that.”
The new space is more centrally located then their previous shop in Milton.
They’re set to open at the beginning of June.
