A 27-year-old man is facing stunting charges after being stopped by police late last week.
An officer clocked the driver on Highway 103 near Martin’s River on Friday, going 164 km/hr in a 100 zone.
RCMP have issued a reminder to the public that speed is often a contributing factor in major crashes.
The man has had his licence suspended for seven days and could face a fine of just under $2,500.
Police say if you see someone driving recklessly you should call RCMP or dial 911.
