It may be the off-season, but the South Shore Junior ‘A’ Lumberjacks are busy preparing for the fall.
The Jacks’ made two trades over the weekend to acquire a pair of 19-year-old power forwards,
The Lumberjacks sent the rights to 20 year-old Vincent Watt to Amherst in exchange for Conal McNamara.
South Shore also acquired former Mustang forward Tristan d’Entremont from Dieppe for a sixth round draft pick.
General Manager Brad Muise says both players are very big, skate well, and possess incredible shots.
