The Town of Yarmouth is set to review its Land Use By-Law.
A real estate company in the town recently gave up their fight over zoning and are pulling up stakes early in the new year.
Mayor Pam Mood says too many businesses are running into unnecessary red tape.
“We have to make it easier for people to set up business and we also, in doing so, we have to make sure we understand what they’re trying to accomplish.”
Mood says they’re working on some guidelines that will fit with the town’s strategic planning while making it easier for businesses to succeed in Yarmouth.
