A 27 year old man facing charges in connection with the death of a Truro police officer will appear today in Halifax court.
Christopher Calvin Garnier was arrested yesterday and has now been charged with second degree murder.
36 year old Constable Catherine Campbell went missing on September 10 and her body was found yesterday in Halifax..
Officials don’t think Campbell’s death is connected to her work as a police officer….
