Summer is here and it’s kicking off with a fire ban across the South Shore.
Lunenburg, Queens, Shelburne and Yarmouth counties are listed as an extreme risk for wildfires.
Other parts of the province are high or very high.
Its led the Department of Natural Resources to ban all outdoor fires including brush and camp.

However, it may not last for too long.
There is a chance of showers in the forecast tonight through to Thursday.
