Three people were sent to hospital for observation after a two vehicle crash this afternoon on Highway 103.
The collision happened between Exits 12 and 13 in Bridgewater.
Deputy Fire Chief Andrew Wentzell says it appears one car rear-ended another.
“One vehicle was upright in the roadway with severe front-end damage and the other vehicle had severe rear-end damage and was sitting upright in the ditch.”
Two other fire departments, Oakhill and Northfield, were also paged to the scene around 3:50 p.m.
Traffic was bumper to bumper for about 40 minutes while tow trucks removed the cars and debris was cleaned up.
