RCMP Charge Hebb’s Cross Man With Stunting, Driving While Suspended

A Hebb’s Cross man has been charged with stunting after he was clocked doing 176 kilometres an hour in a 100 zone.

A member of RCMP’s Southeast Traffic Services observed the vehicle speeding and pass a vehicle on a double solid line on Highway 103 near Martin’s River.

The 44-year-old man was stopped and charged for both stunting and driving while suspended.

His vehicle was seized.

The fine for stunting is $2,422.50

Nova Scotia RCMP are reminding the public that speed is one of the major causes of serious injury and fatal collisions.

They’re also encouraging people to call RCMP or 911 if you see someone driving unsafely.
