A massive police presence in Moncton appears to be closing in on 24 year old Justin Bourque. There are reports he may be holed up with another person and residents apartment complex have been evacuated. Bourque is wanted after the killing of three RCMP officers last night and injuring two others officers. RCMP commanding officer Roger Brown says their family is hurting calling it perhaps the darkest day in the history of the New Brunswick RCMP. The mounties are repeating their call for people to not post the movements of police on social media.
