A buyer appears to be in place for the Osprey Ridge Golf Club outside Bridgewater.
In a 6 – 5 vote, the Municipality of Lunenburg accepted an offer to sell the golf course.
The municipality took over operations in 2012 after the Bridgewater Golf and Country Club defaulted on its mortgage payments.
The sale is expected to be completed in January .
A confidentiality agreement is in place while the two sides finalize the deal.
