Two people have died after a pair of drowning accidents Saturday in Nova Scotia.
Yarmouth Rural RCMP were called to a home in Chebogue Point around 3 p.m yesterday.
A one year old boy was found in the family’s pool.
Attempts to revive the child were unsuccessful, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Elsewhere, a 53 year-old woman drowned in a pool in Parkers Cove in Annapolis County.
A nearby witness rescued a one year-old boy in that pool but couldn’t save the woman.
RCMP are investigating both incidents.
