Canada has its team ready for the second leg of the 64th International Dory Races.
A qualifier was held over the weekend in Lunenburg.
The mixed division was won by Evan Stoodley and MacKenzie Fraser while Gail Atkinson and Kath Moore retained their position in the women’s category.
John Ernst and Josh Bell will represent Canada in the junior division.
Other winners include Russell Atkinson and Fenton Cunningham in the over 50 group and Joel George and Marcus Schmidt in the senior men’s division.
Canada lost in the first leg earlier this year in Gloucester, Massachusetts.
They will be out for redemption against the United States on August 20 for the second leg in Lunenburg harbour.
