Booze Fueled Grad Party Shut Down by Cops

For many High School Grads, it’s a time to celebrate, and sometimes that celebrating may involve alcohol.

Maybe even a little TOO MUCH alcohol.

Such was the case last Saturday night (June 16th, 2018) at a home in Chester, where a large group of youth were celebrating their graduation and the end of the school year in a field near a home on Haddon Hill Road.

Lunenburg District RCMP arrived following reports of male who had passed out after having a few too many.

Two others, an 18-year-old male and an 18-year-old female were also quite intoxicated and taken to the South Shore Regional Hospital in Bridgewater for treatment.

Police say the party’s hosts did arrange for everyone to get home safely and police say they are still looking into the matter.
