The town known for its beaches, biking and ski trails caught the attention of a travel blogger who’s ranked it number five on the list of top 13 Canadian towns to visit.
Mayor, Joe Feeney says making the list is an added bonus that’s shaping up to be the best year yet thanks to the low loonie.
“Our dollar is low. The gasoline prices are low. We’re looking forward to a very strong tourism season,” said Feeney.
Fort Smith, Northwest Territories sits at the top of the list.
