Bad news if you’re one of the roughly 150 people without a landline phone in Bridgewater.
A Bell Aliant spokesperson says they have run into complications as the cable is damaged further down the line.
An excavator working on the King Street construction project accidently clipped a Bell Aliant line around supper time last night.
Additional manpower and support is coming from Halifax.
The spokesperson hopes to have phones back up and running before midnight tonight.
