The South Shore Lumberjacks dropped a heartbreaking 6-5 decision to the Pictou County Weeks Crushers last night in New Glasgow.
The Crushers tied the game with one second left in regulation time before winning it 17 seconds into overtime.
Tristan d’Entremont led the local Junior A club with a goal and two assists while Samuel Cyr-Ledoux added a couple of goals.
The Lumberjacks are back on home ice tonight against the Amherst Ramblers.
Gametime is 7 o’clock at the Clearwater Seafoods Arena in Bridgewater.
