Man Charged After Being Caught Driving 190 In 100 Zone

A Queens County man will be cooling his heels for a week after driving almost twice the posted speed limit along Highway 103 in Blockhouse.

Around 7:00pm Thursday night, RCMP pulled over a 29-year-old from Labelle.

He was clocked driving 190km/h in a 100km/h zone.

The man has been charged with stunting and fined $2,400.

His license was suspended for seven days and his vehicle was towed.
