Two people are facing abduction charges following an incident in Lunenburg County.
RCMP say a 29-year-old Kings County woman and 31-year-old Lunenburg County man were arrested after a 14-year-old was reported as missing Monday afternoon.
They say an investigation into teen’s whereabouts led police to Conquerall Mills, where the teen was found walking along Conquerall Road with the man and woman Tuesday morning.
Both the man and woman were arrested without incident, and are facing charges of Abduction of a Person Under Age of 16.
Police say the woman was known to the teen, but their relationship was not specified.
Both suspects were released on the condition they do not contact the teen and are expected to appear in Bridgewater Provincial Court on Nov. 25.
