Parking is prohibited on the streets of the Town of Lunenburg during winter storms or snow removal operations.
Vehicles will be moved or towed if interfering with winter maintenance.
Mayor Rachel Bailey says there’s a storm coming and reminds drivers the town provides alternatives for those without parking options on or near their own property.
“We do have spaces by the tennis courts, up on Blockhouse Hill and the town parking lot. You can park there by permit, between the hours of 4 and 8 in the morning.
Overnight parking permits may be purchased at the Lunenburg Town Hall.
