Analyst Points To Gas Below One Dollar Before Year’s End

The price of gas at under a dollar!? Thats what a veteran market analyst is predicting will happen to South Shore gas prices before the end of the month. “Consumers-For-Fair-Gas-Prices” spokesman George Murphy tells us, all the signs point to 99 cent a litre gas. He says: “I think you are probably going to see it next week. The markets are certainly playing out like that. We’re waiting to see how the markets are going to react to maybe some improved economic data, if there is any.” Murphy is predicting regular self serve gas prices around here will drop to about $1.03 a litre tonight, a drop of 5 cents. He says diesel will probably be close behind.
