We can expect an increase at the pumps at midnight.
Last week the cost of both gasoline and diesel fell about 6 cents a litre.
Dan McTeague with GasBuddy.com says that was because crude and gasoline futures dropped.
He says prices have since firmed up a little bit.
“That means the break we got last week might be negated a little bit by an increase of about 1.2 to 1.5 cents a litre (for gas) for the entire province.”
He says diesel will go up a little more, probably by 1 and 3/4 cents a litre.
