The emergency department at Roseway Hospital in Shelburne will be closed beginning at 6 p.m. Sunday and will reopen Monday morning at 8.
As always, the Nova Scotia Health Authority says it’s due to a lack of physician availability.
Those experiencing a medical emergency should always call 911.
General health concerns can be directed to 811, where health advice and information are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by registered nurses.
