A councillor in Chester wants to know how much longer the boil water advisory will remain in place.
Brad Armstrong says he’s asked the Department of Environment to keep him in the loop but hasn’t heard anything back.
He says some people aren’t taking the warning seriously.
“I do know people who are living in the area who haven’t even been boiling their water,” he says.
The province says the order will remain in place over the weekend.
An update is expected early next week.
