A local town is getting ready to turn 115-years-old. Bridgewater is preparing for its celebrations. They became an incorporated town on February 13, 1899, a month after a fire completely destroyed the downtown core. The town will mark their 115th year by handing out small cupcakes to the community. Mayor David Walker says it’s meant to be a fun day.
Thousands of the cupcakes will be handed out on Valentine’s Day between 11am and 2pm.
