A new business is taking up residence on King Street in Bridgewater.
Yoga Room of Essence is holding their grand opening this weekend.
Owner Brittany Hachey says she’s not worried about the challenges some other King Street businesses have faced over the last year.
“I can see the potential of this space, and I can see the revitalization of King Street. I want to be in the location where change and progress is happening.”
In fact, she says it’s a big part of why she chose to open her business in that location.
“It’s always been where I’ve wanted to be. I want to be in the core I what to be where things are happening, and I want to be part of the shift that’s happening.”
Hachey says the response from the community has been positive with several events quickly selling out.
The grand opening goes all weekend with classes starting almost every hour from 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
