Bridgewater’s doors are open for business.
That’s the message from Mayor David Mitchell.
Heads up #novascotia because @TownBridgewater is the place to be in 2017. We are open for business! We have what you need.

Mitchell says he feels people are too focused on Halifax and not enough on small communities like Bridgewater.
“And so I think it’s time that we kind of stood up and shouted a little louder and said ‘We’re here. It’s cheaper to do business in Bridgewater than it would be in Halifax, why not do business here?’ “
Mitchell says it could be a restaurant or small business on King Street or in the mall or a larger business around Logan Road.
He says he would like to see the town attract more high-tech businesses like app-design or 3-D printing.
Mitchell says the town has great infrastructure, high-speed internet and feels its a great place to operate a business.
