Bridgewater Man Faces Charges After String Of Break Ins

Bridgewater Police have arrested a man in connection with a number of break-ins in the town.

Twenty-four year-old Matthew Max Knickle of Bridgewater faces several charges for theft, possession of stolen goods and fraud.

Over the past week Knickle is alleged to have broken into a number of businesses and several cars in Bridgewater.

Police say chip enabled bank cards were also taken and used at tap terminals.

As a result of the investigation, many items have been recovered and seized.

Knickle is scheduled to appear in Bridgewater Provincial court today.

Police remind people to ensure their cars are locked and any valuables are kept out of sight.
