Bridgewater Police are looking for the owner of an abandoned vehicle following a collision on Empire Street.
Police responded to a 911 call at around 5:10 this morning.
The caller awoke to a crashing noise and discovered an abandoned vehicle in their yard.
A burgundy BMW sedan crashed through a fence and struck a truck parked in the driveway.
The property has been significantly damaged.
The driver of the vehicle did not remain on the scene and couldn’t be located.
The car has a New Brunswick licence plate and police have not yet been able to make contact with the registered owner.
Anyone with information is asked to contact BPS.
