A Mount Pleasant woman accused of criminal negligence in the death of her daughter will go to trial for a second time.
A mistrial occurred in March for Candice Moore after a 12-person jury couldn’t reach a verdict.
Moore was charged after her daughter was run over by a vehicle in Pleasantville in January 2013.
Moore also faces a charge of dangerous operation causing death.
The trial will begin September 19 and is scheduled for Nova Scotia Supreme Court in Bridgewater.
