A pair of siblings from Chester have made Nova Scotia golf history.
Allison and Matthew Chandler became the first brother and sister combination to win the NSGA junior championships.
She carded a final round four-over par, 76, to win the junior girls title by one shot.
The 17 year-old will lead Nova Scotia at the Canadian Junior Girls Championship at Deer Park Golf Club in Yorkton, Saskatchewan from August 4-7.
Meanwhile, younger brother Matthew captured his first provincial title by seven shots to win the juvenile and junior divisions.
The 16 year-old will represent Nova Scotia at the Canadian Junior Boys Championship at Summerlea Golf Club in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec from August 3-6.
