A 69-year-old Colchester man is dead following an accident on Highway 102 near Stewiacke Monday night, according to RCMP.
The man was travelling north bound at around 8 p.m. Monday, when he lost control of his car and rolled.
He then got out of his vehicle and walked into oncoming traffic when he was hit by another car.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Nobody else was hurt in the accident.
Highway 102 between exits 9 and 11 was closed during the investigation.
