Diesel prices are going up again in Nova Scotia.
The interrupter clause is being used for a second straight day after another diesel adjustment earlier this week.
Diesel is expected to rise 12.8 cents per litre overnight.
That would bring the new minimum price to about 247.2 cents per litre.
Regular gasoline prices are not changing.
The interrupter clause allows the Nova Scotia Energy Board to adjust fuel prices outside the normal Friday schedule.
The board says it monitors markets daily and can set a new price at any time if conditions warrant.
The board typically uses the interrupter when refined gasoline or diesel prices move by at least six cents per litre compared to the benchmark for more than one day.
