Following a lengthy investigation, Nova Scotia RCMP and Halifax Regional Police arrested several people last weekend for drugs and guns offenses.
Eight people face charges after police searched homes in Lantz and the HRM.
They seized around seven kilograms of cocaine and crack, 28 kilos of a cocaine cutting agent and steroids.
An assault rifle and ammunition, a hand grenade, six vehicles and $15,000 in cash were also confiscated.
Six of the eight people were held over the weekend.
And the investigation is ongoing.
