Tom Mulcair is out as leader of the federal NDP, receiving less than 50 per cent support at a delegates convention in Edmonton this weekend.
In a final appeal ahead of the vote, Mulcair said he’s assuming responsibility for a disappointing third-place finish in October’s federal election.
