The Food Trucks arriving tomorrow will bring a big boost to the Bridgewater Farmers Market.
Money raised from the event will help the market promote itself and perhaps hire a part-time manager.
This is the second year the market has put on the rally.
One of the organizers, Rita Landgraf says they heard from customers about long lines.
This year will see 12 food trucks and 2 vendors set up on King Street.
“That should help with the line-ups, make it a bit faster but still be good for the trucks. There were comments about seating so we are getting some picnic tables.”
Landgraf feels the food trucks offer something for everyone.
“It’s a wave that has come all the way from the west coast to the east coast. And we don’t have that much variety in the area.”
The road will be closed between Empire and Dominion from four until 8:00pm tomorrow to allow people to freely move about the food trucks.
