A patient at the East Coast Forensic Hospital is back between four walls. Fifty-eight year-old Mark Baltzer went missing on Saturday evening. He left in his vehicle. RCMP spotted it on Sunday afternoon at a home in Five Islands. Police from Cumberland and Colchester counties surrounded the home. Baltzer was arrested without incident and taken back to the hospital.
