Bridgewater Gow’s Home Hardware is the best in Canada.
At the 2017 Oustanding Retailer Awards it received the Best Hardware Store Award.
Amanda Fancy is a sixth generation owner of Gow’s, and says all the credit goes to staff and customers.
“We’ve had many, many loyal customers over the years,” she says.
“And it goes without saying the staff here are A-1.”
Fancy says the award isn’t just for Home Hardware owners.
The award recognizes all independent retailers across the country and decided Gow’s is the best in Canada.
This is the third time the store has been recognized as best in the country – first in 1992 and again in 2010.
