Dale Eshelby is a coordinator with the program and says it’s a significant resource for communities to draw upon.
“Many of us have had one, two or three careers during our lifetime and in each of those careers, we have collected knowledge and learning.
Eshelby adds linking this group with youth or organizations is the key to growth and sustainability of communities in rural Nova Scotia.
