A signifcant cabinet shuffle in Ottawa.
Prime Minister Stephen Harper has announced some major changes to his inner circle.
Rob Nicholson is the new minister of foreign affairs.
Nicholson, who was defence minister, is passing that role to Jason Kenney, who was employment minister.
Pierre Poilievre is replacing Kenney, adding the portfolio to his current role as minister of democratic reform.
The changes come after the sudden departure of high profile MP and cabinet minister John Baird.
