Sooooo, not going to lie…I didn’t know that legally you have to fill out your Census.
I received mine in the mail this week and filled it out in less than 5 minutes using my online code.
Statistics Canada has even hooked us up with a Census playlist. You can listen to some awesome Canadian artists while you answer your questions. There is actually a couple playlists to choose from.
So what is this Census all about? Every five years our country’s census is sent to Canadians to “paint a portrait of Canada’s diverse population and the places where we live.” (Taken from the Census FAQ’s Page).
Curious what will happen if you don’t fill it out?
You could be fined up to $500.
