According to a recent Cambridge University study over-65’s can cut their risk of developing dementia by 22 percent over twenty years.
Nutritionist and award winning author Kathy Smart says exercise is directly linked to brain health.
“When you exercise you start to increase oxygen throughout the whole body. People who start exercising will start to notice, I feel more alert, I feel happier, I feel better,” said Smart.
