For the second year, affordable financing is available to increase energy efficiency in your home.
The Clean Energy Financing Program will do an analysis for residents of Bridgewater and the Municipality of the District of Lunenburg to ensure they save at least as much or more than the cost of the retrofits.
Upgrades could include insulation, a heat pump or new windows and doors.
Bridgewater residents can receive up to $20,000 while those in the District of Lunenburg could see up to $10,000 in low-interest loans.
Repayment is spread over ten years and made through charges attached to the property itself.
