There are 3 things I do to get a good night’s sleep. One is a fan in the room to keep things cool, the other is the window open and the third is a podcast on low in the background.
The fan does more than just keep things cool – it provides a soothing “white noise” that lulls me to sleep every time.
The window stays open almost all year except right now when pollen is in the air. It’s too bad because the peepers outside also are great for falling asleep and I can’t hear them right now.
Finally, I listen to a “Mysterious Universe” podcast out of Australia about UFO’s and the paranormal. However, it works so well at putting me to sleep that I’ve only ever heard the first five minutes of each podcast.
