It may be spring on your calendar, but that isn’t putting a stop to the winter weather.
Environment Canada says a low pressure system will pass over our region tonight and tomorrow.
We can expect to see a mix of snow, ice pellets and freezing rain.
Between 10 and 15 centimetres is forecast for Lunenburg and Queens counties.
The system will bring some snow and ice pellets to Shelburne county but also periods of rain and winds gusting up to 70 km/h.
The weather agency says freezing rain could last for a few hours over inland portions of the Tri-County area tonight.
