King Street Food Truck Party A Success Despite Rain

The weather may not have been the best this past Sunday, but that didn’t stop people from flocking to King Street in downtown Bridgewater for the Annual Food Truck Party in support of the Bridgewater Farmers’ Market.

Local food truck owner and Farmers’ Market Spokesperson, Rita Landgraf, says while numbers were down from last year, the event was once again very well received.

“It was amazing, the food trucks were extremely happy; they had line ups, they sold out so for the Farmers Market we’re very happy with the results,” says Landgraf.

There may have been less people, but Landgraf says donations at the gate were on par with last year and notes they couldn’t have done it without the generosity of the local Lions Club Volunteers and numerous other sponsors.

The 2018 Bridgewater Farmers’ Market gets underway starting June 2nd, 2018.
