The lead investigator into the death of a nine-year-old girl took the stand yesterday in Bridgewater.
Candice Moore is on trial for criminal negligence leading to the death of her daughter, Olive, in 2013.
A video of Constable Norman Daley interviewing Moore the day of the incident was shown to the jury.
Daley can be heard asking Moore if she’d had anything to drink.
Moore admits to having a few beer the night before but denies having any alcohol that day.
The prosecution will call a final witness today–Moore’s son, who was in the car.
The defence is expected to call their first witness this afternoon.
